  The rooms were not very clean, outdated. Some of our sheets looked like they had not been washed. We had called and asked for more towels, three hours after waiting, we had still not gotten any. We will not be coming back to this location again.

  We didn't get the room we had ask for they said " due to problem with computer". There were a lot of people waiting to be helped. After a lot of talking they said they could give us, me, my daughter, my son-in-law and my granddaughter, separate rooms. Rooms were ok and we did have view of ocean. I guess we were lucky we only had one room between them and me. For dining, dinner on Saturday night and breakfast on Sunday. I do need to say the service people were nice an friendly but seemed over loaded with work. On occasion when ask a question about food did not know the answer. Later came back to tell us the answer to what we had ask but that was after we had ask someone else and had answer.
  I know things happen, changing the room was the main thing, my daughter had ask for room we all could stay together and my granddaughter was so disappointed. After things got settled we did have a good week end. Thank you for taking this into consideration. Mary Falls

  Where to start? They were behind on their room turnover so we waited in line in the lobby for a half an hour with 20 or so of our new found friends to check in. Get to the room, it's nice, great view, but the bed is stripped but not made. Called the desk and it's fixed right away. Go to dinner at the restaurant here, wait 15 minutes to see the hostess. We're finally seated, the place is nice, great view, but cold. Our server comes, it's the hostess. She's the only employee there, besides the bartender. Menu's thin and a little pricey. She takes our drink and dinner order. Takes 20 minutes to get my beer. 20 minutes later dinner come. Ordered Surf and Turf, It comes, Turf but no Surf. "Prawns" weren't plated with the steak. "Prawns" come, they're not prawns but small shrimp (10 of them). Order another beer, they're out my kind now. Get comped a suitable replacement. Oh well, whatever, get me out of here! Check please! Check comes, wrong bill. Wow, I can't believe a company would run itself this way. Don't get me wrong, I don't fault the hostess/server a bit, she did a great job considering the position Shilo Inns put her in.
