- 1 / 5By Lee Woodard IIA true Margarita pizza is made on a very thin crust. Typically the ingredients are distributed to the edges. There is little or no crust ring. The ingredients are so simple it is hard to imagine it be mistreated. I was excited to find a Margarita pizza in my area. Do not expect true Italian Cuisine.
