  Not only did our families order get messed up. But I waited 25min for 4 sandwiches and a fry. Worst experience of my life. Never have I been ignored for so long by the manager first of all. Not once did he or the other manager on duty ask me what I was waiting for, let me know it will be longer. The crew member that just got on helped me and figured out where my order was after asking twice. I never got her name but she is the only reason I didn't blow up there. Like the old man on drugs harassing my nieces wasn't bad enough. There was no communication what so ever. Honestly not sure how or why your manager even is a manager.

  The morning crew is great! They remember the regular customers' names and meal preferences. Inma and Jesse specifically always get my hot tea perfect! The bathroom is mostly clean and stocked. They could use a commercial air freshener in there because sometimes it smells very badly in there, even right after they get done cleaning. Supplies are well-stocked and the tables and floors are clean. The food is hot. The kitchen staff are also very friendly and give you a quick wave. Later in the day the restaurant area and bathroom get dirtier, and the food is not always hot. There is one manager in particular who tends to yell at the morning employees which is not very professional, IMO. Not only should I not be able to hear him chew out employees, he should speak courteously to other human beings. They work quickly, efficiently and remain friendly. They provide other regular morning customers with coffee refills. That extra service makes this McDonald's stand out from the rest. It has a nice hometown feel.
