  Have been in before. Just stopped in for a quick bowl of chowder. Seated right away, even though it looked like a full house. Food great as always. Great service.

  We've been coming here for years. I have to say that I wasn't super impressed at our last visit. Great clam chowder. The fact that I'm not eating french fries these days, however, may be clouding my judgement. They have wonderful fries. Perfect with their chowder, of course.

  I love this little restaurant, its small and always friendly. We've been here before and were excited to return. As with the previous visit we were not disappointed. Its a great place to take children. In my own opinion I prefer the chowder here over Mo's. I also love the way the make up the "chips" (French Fries) there round cut potatoes and cooked just right. I ordered a bowl of Chowder and the Coconut Shrimp meal. Combined with the dipping sauce my taste buds were in heaven. The server was very pleasant and interacted with my 5 y/o boy even listening to what he wanted to eat. A couple things to consider is if you have a stroller or other wheeled device or uneasy about steps, there is a sharp right hand turn as you go in the door and and immediate left hand turn that ends at a step with limited maneuvering space, this is right at the entrance. The rails are sturdy but with the turns in the wheel chair and or stroller without assistance may be a challenge. Also there are three steps in order to get to the restroom. We ate there while to patio was closed so there may be an easier access from that direction but it was not obvious at the time of our visit. It is a small restaurant that is well kept but probably due to limited space ramps and restroom accommodations are not possible. I think this is a great place to take family and will definitely return.
